Let's Retreat '25 Opens Today!

Today we open registration for Let's Retreat 2025, scheduled for November 4-6, 2025, to BRAND NEW GUESTS! What does that mean? It means if you are married, in vocational ministry with your spouse, and have never attended a Let's Retreat before, you get a head start on securing your spot for this unique two-day, two-night getaway for ministry wives! We give you a little extra cushion as space is limited and we've discovered: once you've experienced Let's Retreat, you want to come again!

What's a Let's Retreat?

Sanctuary Let's Retreats are held annually and are designed for women who are married & in full-time ministry with their husbands. Each multi-night retreat features sessions of teaching, prayer, & relationship building, as well as time for pampering, rest, & relaxation. The event's reduced rate makes this oasis affordable to each invited guest.

The venue is Gathering Oaks Retreat in Crawford, TX, just 15 short minutes from Waco. The total cost for two days & two nights averages between $350-450 (lodging accommodations vary), which includes all catered meals, deluxe lodging accommodations, a beautiful swag bag of goodies, & all the amenities that the location & retreat schedule afford.
